Caribbean Colors Belize by Lee Vanderwalker

About Lee Vanderwalker and Caribbean Colors Art Cafe

I am dedicated to my community on Caye Caulker

I have lived in Belize since 2001, when I moved to Caye Caulker and opened the first art gallery here on the island. I have been giving back to my community from the very beginning. I currently am a volunteer art electives teacher with Ocean Academy, the island's first and only high school. I have taught several classes, recycled jewelry and batik. I also distribute FREE READING GLASSES amongst the people of Caye Caulker. This is a program I started in 2012, with $50, as a community outreach, and I've come to be know as "The Reading Glasses Lady" as well as "The Batik Teacher" in addition to having the best coffee on Caye Caulker. I hope you enjoy my online art gallery and it inspires you. If you are on Caye Caulker Belize, please stop by Caribbean Colors Art Cafe and say HI!

If you feel like donating to Ocean Academy...

I have merchandise and prints available online at several sources

My Blog - Living in Paradise

I've had this blog for more than 10 years, but have only recently been updating it. If we aren't friends on facebook, this is a great way to keep up on where I am at and what I'll be doing.
